CANCELLATION POLICY At Bronzed by BW, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure I can continue providing each client with the best experience possible, please review the following policies: ✨ Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable 15% deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your remaining balance at the time of service. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your 15% deposit. ✨ No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. ✨ Final Sales Refunds are not issued for completed services or appointments that have been paid in full.
